when burning some DC games I get only 2 audio tracks

I've been able to burn almost every DC image files until I get Shenmue disc 2 and 3 and it also happened with Sonic Adventure. I've burned these games successfully, but when I check the files on the cd later in Windows, there is only 2 audio tracks. Tried to boot them with the Utopia Loader, I can't. I even tried them self-boot... the DC is spinning for a while (about 5 minutes) and end up in the main menu where you see settings, music whatever... if anyone know how to fix this or if there's a way to burn them, I would be very grateful
