Need a way to unpack and repack a big executable!

I need some help for anybody that could aid me at decrompessing certain exe's.Like Diablo 2 Lords os destruction, sims living large or homeworld cataclism the original exe is compressed into one executable file.I need find the way to uncompress and recompress the executable to replace the original exe for the cracked one.Thx.

I'm really waiting some response...

I know how to compress a cabitet file like installshield does but my problem becomes when the file to uncompress is not a cabinet file (.cab). I need to uncompress an executable one (.exe).Please anyone could help me i would be pleased...

Do a search (e.g. google) for "programmers tools" etc.

You should find stuff like PROCdump etc, but their use and help on 'em is a little beyond this forum. Just search around for help files/tutorials. There are plenty about if you look.
There are of course other ways of doing that by using breakpoints in SoftICE, but again there are plenty of tuts available.
