I do not want to confuse ideas, but this is a universal extractor and not an installer, what you propose is another thing, certainly something like that already exists, an installer with personal designs, simple to configure and easy to create without the support *.iss, I created it, but not to the public domain.
For future updates when I have time I will continue the work.
