I have newest firmware and clonecd 3110,i can read/write subchannel data from audio tracks,but not from data tracks.I asked elby(clone team)and here are what they answered:

Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately, your writer is unable to copy subchannels from data tracks.You need a different reader when copying
protected CDs.

I think plextor 24x10x40 is able to read both sub's.very annoing(plextor 16x10x40 cost about 400$ in Norway
