If you know something works you post, I've done this and had success. I myself have patched using ppf-o-matic and cdrwin. so I can say this does work and I gaurentee it, but to use Clone and I don't gaurentee the out come is pretty much saying it's not going to work so why post it.
Some stupidass says he has had success and it works,
(I couldn't resist!!) 
that sounds better then no gaurentee.
I've never tried the Clone way of patching but I will, thanks for the information.
