A Bank Dumping Tool | Update 2

Code:
- 2.5x ~ 3x faster.
- Implemented new algorithm with the help of insomnyawolf.
- Removed the ability to rename outfiles files, instead extension is automatically assigned based on the filetype.
- Library and .json file no longer needed.
