Have updated conversion to use Latest script & UA. The ONLY reason the redists arent installing when you have them selected is the PATH stated in first post, YOUR files MUST be in exact folder structure for them to install.
As you have already compressed the game files, just copy over the NEW setup.exe into your old folder & replace it.
