Metro Installer (Conversion Installer)

Instructions
* Apply your changes in Installer\resources folder
* Run compiler.exe to apply resource folder changes to setup.exe
* Place setup.exe in Converter\CONV\DISC_1
* Conversion done

Note
This installer only works with the converter
