Yeah I know that about the 4gb of RAM but there are several programs I use that aren't compatible with 64 bit. I thought about dual booting with both but haven't gotten around to it. as far as the kerne132.dll, I did a print screen of the error message then OCRed it so that's just a mistake. The important thing is that the problem was due to the newer version of Nvidia PhysX that was installed.
