In CDRWIN, just choose the option to extract the game disk to your hard drive and name it with the extension .bin. (ex: NHL2001.BIN)

Once it is on your hard drive, run the PPF-O-MATIC program to patch it. PPF-O-MATIC will ask you for the location of the above .bin file as well as the location of the patch file (*.ppf).

Once patched, use CDRWIN to record disc and record it back to a CDR. You will have to specify the location of the .cue file (ex: NHL2001.CUE) which was created when you originally extracted the game disk. For best results, don't record any faster than 2x speed on high quality media such as Verbatim.
