Exclamation It's now possible to back up dc games withs a cd/dvd reader/burner !!!

Check this out : http://homepage.ntlworld.com/menace-59/gd-rom_stuff/

It really works : I already backed up my tony hawk's 2 game (changing the songs :P ) and Toys Commander.

I use a LITE-ON LTD-165H DVD-ROM bought on ebay for 4$ !!!

It's my dream that came true !!!

I was wanting to share it with you!!

I put this cd in my dismantled drive, I wait for it to load, I swap with a gd-r, I open with isobuster, then I'll see a generic File system ( not the gd files) so then I open the isobuster's options and check show both lilttle indian and big indian ( only to make the gd rescanned) the true gd filesystem now apear like magic !!! (I then uncheck the lil' + big Indian flag)

I can extract everyfile directly from the gd-r directly this way using isobuster and I can create a sort.txt

I tested it with chancast but it don't work.

That's what it looks like with the sega magazine feb 2000:

I just wanna share this interesting discovery with you.
