Block Internet Connections for Q4.exe ?!
Hi people,
I have a different question about the no-DVD crack by deviance...
In their Readme they advice to block internet connection for the Quake 4.exe file....
Does anybody knows why ?!
Does the game "contacts" home ?!
Although I havenīt installed a software firewall, I would deactivate my network connection (got internet connection through network) before starting Quake 4.
I use the same procedure before playing Half Life 2 because Iīd like to play "full local" and donīt want the games to talk to home...
