Hi everyone, it's been a long time since my last post.... to make the story short... My kids dropped the PS2 again (for the third time
). The Cd tray got stuck again (like before). I opened the PS2 and fixed the Cd tray. now, the PS2 is not reading any CD anymore. I took the PS2 apart again and tried to see if I'm missing some connections but everything is plug in.
One thing I've notice is the CD is just going to spin a little bit then stopped. On the laser, is it always on? I mean I tried to look at the lens (not directly
just on the side). I've noticed that the lens will turn on (bright red) then turn off immediately after powering on.
Any ideas? did I screwed the unit more? LOL
