Man why post it here when there is a CD2DVD conversion thread?
Anyway why would you really want to convert this game to DVD? CD2 is not used during the install therefore it is only a Play disc! If you use the 'Pitfall v1.0 [ALL] Proper No-CD/Fixed EXE' found here then you dont need to even insert CD2 at all. Its not needed for the install and its no longer needed to play! But if you are using the German version of the game then you will still need CD2 to play! (I dont have the German Version only the English Version but from what I understand the German NoCD still requires CD2 to be inserted to play.)
