You need this "Fix" only if you want to have a selfboot version with perfect Video playing!
The 1ST_READ.BIN is edited to load an intro movie called "ZIDOS.SFD"
After changing the name of EIDOS.SFD to ZIDOS.SFD, the file is tottaly at the outside of the CD after burning. So the Video plays faster!.
Without this "FIX" you have a selfboot version of this game with a stocking video at the beginning.
For the Dummyfile you can use a tool called "newfile" for DOS!
