I suggest that you use Bero's dreamrip.bin, it's the best ripping tool I've found for my BBA.
about the win32 dc-tool precompiled version, don't worry about it.
You've to use the ARP command to hard-link the MAC address of your BBA with a IP.
Example: ARP -s 192.168.0.200 00-c7-e1-20-70-1b
then, you execute DC-tool, loading dreamrip.bin:
DC-TOOL.EXE -t 192.168.0.200 -x DREAMRIP.BIN
Of course, you've to load the IP-slave first in your dreamcast, then switch the disc with the GD-ROM you want to rip, and then execute dc-tool.
It's pretty easy, just give it a shot.
