I need some advice regarding my choice of PS2. Is it better to get a NTSC PS2 or a PAL one? (My TV supports 60 Hz)
I understand from reading the forum for the past few weeks that the Messiah 2 pro is the modchip of choice
, and I was wondering if this could be fitted to both NTSC and PAL versions of the PS2.
Finally, which are the best/current version numbers for the US NTSC and UK PAL PS2's?

PS I don't know if my local importer is reliable (G-Force in Glasgow). If anyone has bought a PS2 or had a modchip installed please let me know (good or bad experiences).
