Never able to fix Avex problem

I was not able to fix the problem I even sent e-mail to the support team and I never got a response. I'm now using a different iphone converter....thanks for the info guys.

I'm using this program called "Avex" which helps me convert media files mp4, avi....etc to my iphone. i grabbed the file (avi ) and loaded it onto avex program it recognize the file, and when i go...
