yes you need the game for both psp's then best way to do it is to use pandora battery to put the M33 CFW on your psp then you can copy the game to your pc then onto the memory sticks of your other psp

i think if the dashboard was screwed then none of your games would boot or your xbox would not turn on maybe it can detect hacked fw try reverting back to the stock fw and see if it boots if it does...
