i finaly got the loader to work with my dms3 chip...

i finaly got the loader to work with my dms3 chip its a lil tricky to get it working on it i had to formatt the hdd with dms3 formatt tool with auto patch on then use hdd loader with auto patch off...

i read that u can copy it and theres one file that wont copy when reading it u must make a dummy file of the one that wont copy and it should work the dummy file if a relly big file in size

u can goto www.playstation2.com and look in the fourms in the online section and it tells what the errors mean theres alot of dif ones but i belive it will tell that one as well

i had to sell my ps2 for the same problem u will find that it wont load games like true crimes and freedom fighters as well i sold my v7 and bought a v9 and had a dms3 installed and it loads fine :)...

so with a hdd loader u could use the pressed hdd loader to load onto the hdd and then install games on the hdd that would be cool so u could play backups w/o a mod chip if the hdd is a self boot disk...

you can play backup moives on a modded ps2 or even non modded ps2 or heck even on a cheap $40 apex from wal-mart will play them as well :)
