Instructions:

1.-- Install Game, update to latest version + No-DVD.

2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)

3.-- Copy Icon from Icon folder near the Exefile

4.-- Run UltraARC.exe select game folder, output location, Select the compression method

5.-- Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

Done this and took just over 10 mins to it...

Dvd 1+2 4.36gb
Dvd 3 1.24gb

So all good for now and sorted....

Edit: Took 8 mins to install and working fine here.....

Work 100% with 1dvd5 3,94 GB, thanks a lot mausschieber.
