1. Install AVP2....
2. Install the 096 update, the mp1 update, the sp1 update. And, if you want, tools
3. Install Primal Hunt to <gamedir>\DLC
4. Copy over NoCD
5. Install AVP2 Custom Launcher to <gamedir> and AVP2PH Custom Launcher to <gamedir>\DLC
6. Move DirectX to Conversion output folder.

7. Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
8. Copy Icon from Icon folder to each folder of games3a.Copy Launcher from Conversion folder to each folder of games
9. Run UltraARC.exe select game folder, output location, Select the compression method
10. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

Process started at: 15:05:39

Process finished at: 15:35:22

Result are 1 DVD 5 = 1,11 GB

Latest patch and some maps (Ultimate map pack 2) installed.

EDIT: OK, add avp2cmds.txt to exclusions. Like I said, it needs to be generated anew. And another mandatory download is the VISIONFIX.REZ from here:
http://avpunknown.com/kingskins/
Without this, certain resolutions have the special vision modes blacked out. Experienced this bug first hand.
