Simple Conversion Help
 

Hi, after days of trying to do me own conversion, trying to use installer creator (that no one give support), and after trying to use yener90 script without luck,

Cuz whit yener90 scrpti, I can do the conversion, but I don't know sh... about doing a nice installer setup interface, so lets think like the old games installer, that was just the name of the game, some few options like predefined install and custom, and desktop short cut, and that's all.


i'm asking to someone to help me to do it maybe usng the yener90`s script but whitout the nice interface, can anyone help me to do this?

also as I said in mordor shadows conversion, if I try to install the conversion, no file is installed, but if I change to internal doing this

"In both .iss files, enable the line that says #define Internal by removing ; from in front of them.

Unpack Setup.cab into folder Setup and then compile the scripts. "

Edit: I will use BBv2 installer/convertor thanks, although I wish I can use more than english

the game installs but the redist programs doesn't install

PD: I must say that I used the base interface in the yener90 script, but using my own data.

Also the installer creator is missing the part were you chose the source path, and in bbv2 u can

Source path is there in Installer Creator bro, under Media [Internal], just add your source queues then browse for directory under source then set output as {app}. I though there was support but it seems support tech Inge was offline these days. Just PM me if you have further questions or problems because I normally just check my PM and logoff because I am busy these days till 25 Nov then I'll be back then.

also, don't forget, under deployment, go to media configuration tab. Tick disk spanning if you are planning on compressing data more than 2gb and then choose media set as DVD5, or USB2GB, whatever, your choice. I'm referring to v2.7 beta

I did what you said and is working now!!! :D I just think that this you told me should be included in the tutorial for noobs like me, also a little of explanation on the parameters, cuz I use task 1, and the component on 1 and nothing on the folder was compressed, I remove those and worked, so, if someone told us what for are those parameters would be nice.

I'm very very happy that now is working, I must say is great, amazing, and fantastic work
