I found this on internet today, when i search for USM Encoder:

Its a Scaleform Video Encoder. I Tested, making a usm file, but not testing into a game. Sorry for my bad english

2 - vgmstream extract track Audio Wav (adx to Wav)
3 - MediaCoder x Video Remux Quality
4 - AVI-Mux GUI,VirtualDub,nandub to combine video and audio
5 - ScaleformVideoEncoder x file USM
