The Walking Dead - Survival Instinct DVD9 to 1 DVD5 (Fixed Download)

4 Attachment(s)
CIU 1.0.0.6 by yener90 compression lzma2

EDIT: Conversion files added at the end of the post! Sorry dunno what happened that my previous uploaded file wasn't saved :S

1. Install the game

2. Move the "redist" folder to a new folder where all the converted files will be put.

3. Download the attachment, extract completely (wherever you want)

4. Open InstallerScript.iss

Edit the following line, according to the installation directory of the game.

Code:

#define ProgramFiles "C:\Games\The Walking Dead Survival Instinct"
And change this one to lzma2 to make it fit in 1 DVD5
Code:

Compression=none
5. Save and compile

Hope you enjoy it. I'm not good at graphic design so if you don't like it, feel free to modify it.

NOTE: If you want a faster install and don't care about disk ammount, leave the compression to none and you will get a 2 DVD5 version with a pretty fast install

looks good, not bad for first conversion.

the only thing i'd suggest is in screenshot 2, is drop the grey text area down so its not so big, that it gets in the way of the title.

Droppo 05-04-2013 21:12

You mean the top of the grey area where the "survival instinct" text is??? That was a bad attempt of making somekind of effect... I knew it, but didn't want to accept it, tried to convince myself was a nice touch but it's not! :P... will try to fix it sometime soon.

Thnxs for the feedback!

Don't edit the compression line, leave it at none.

The second screenshot doesn't fit in 1366x768 resolution! Is too big!
