History


V1.00 - First Release.


Install the game, update it, and install editor if you want.

1. Go to installed game's folder and put DirectX folder inside of redist folder. Then move redist folder to somewhere else.

2. To make it 1 language, you will delete other language files from following folders:

Information about Language names:

All files contains _DEU : German
All files contains _ESN : Spanish
All files contains _FRA : French
All files contains _ITA : Italian
All files contains _INT : English

To make it game only English, you will delete, DEU, ESN, FRA, ITA named files and keep INT named files.


In the end, you suppose to delete 1574 Files (in 56 folders, if you re-created the folders in somewhere else and moved the files instead of delete them)

EXTRA: You can also delete other languages located in: Willowgame\Localization. I didnt mentioned in conversion because their sizes are too small.

3. Download attachments below. Overwrite content of 'Fixed_Installerscript.rar' to current one. Open installerscript.iss with Unicode version of INNO and change the following line according to your game's installed location:

Save it and compile.

3. After compile, move:

-Setup.cab, Setup.exe, Setup.ini, Autorun.exe, to DVD1 folder, which is also in attachement as created.

All Setup-1*.bin files to DVD1
All Setup-2*.bin files to DVD2

5. Now move redist folder back to DVD2 folder.

6. Burn content to DVDs, and enjoy installer music pack during install.

Alternative - Updated Phsyx: I already included codes of Physx driver in Setup.ini below it. Overwrite them on current one.

Just btw, can I delete the foreign language folders in Willowgame\Localization folder.

You can, however i didnt write them down, since their size is only KBs.

I figured as much. Just wanted to be sure as I was using Windows search to find all files with DEU, FRA, ESN, ITA. It selects everything and you just have to delete. However be careful with FRA as it will pick up files with "frame" and "fraken*" etc.

Revo, how are you creating the autorun.exe files? I'm curious how I may make them for my own games as well...

It's a feature of yener's CI. To edit it's icon, you're running LangScript.iss

Conversion; UPDATED 1.01

Changes:

Fixed registry key from: Version; ValueData: 1.41 to Version; ValueData: 1.4.1

Download fixed iss file and overwrite it to current one.

(IMHO, it's not very very important since you're suppose to update the game before the applying conversion. However, for those who'll make it, it's recommended to download it)
