Why are my backup cutscenes skipping?
 

I can get them to load using the disk swap method and the gameplay works fine with both of them but the cut scenes will skip. Could this have something to do with my burner. When I used my better burner it skipped less but was still pretty bad. Why else could this be. Thanks
