Turning Point - Fall of Liberty (DVD9 to 2x DVD5)
 

I tried something and the game installed without error, what i did :

1 - Changed .MSI :
DiskId 1 e 2 use DISK1 Volume Label
DiskId 3 e 4 use DISK2 Volume Label

2 - Created Disk1 Iso with all files except Data12.cab e Data13.cab

3 - Created Disk2 Iso with all files except Data1.cab e Data11.cab, changed the Autorun.inf e added a crack directory.

4 - Installed the game with Daemon tools and it worked without an error and created desktop icon, Start Menu directory and with the option to uninstall in the Control Panel/ Add or Remove Software.

Hey Guys , this is how i have done it and it's working 100%

Put everything in the first disk except for data12.cab & data13.cab and change both Volumes to ( TurningPoint_D1 , TurningPoint_D2 ) Disk 1 & 2

and put in the second disk data12.cab + data13.cab and don't put autorun.inf there it's useless burn n play
and if , for any reason anyone can't do this i will be glad to upload edited msi file if anyone ask. ;)

Install was ok but, I can't uninstall this game :(

Noone ever thought putting Data11.cab into disk2 together with Data12.cab and Data13.cab, i guess? How pity. Coz it works the same, except you get roughly 2.2Gib of contiguous free space on 1st disk. Roflz.

I know how do this.
Open file "Turning Point - Fall of Liberty.msi" with Orca. On left Tables open position "Error" and inside Error # 1302 change message "Please reinsert the disk" on "Please insert Disk 2 and press OK."
It looks better....

I managed to do split to 2x DVD5. Tested, install/uninstall worked fined.

Instructions:
1) Create 2 folders. For D1 : TurningPoint_D1 and for D2 : 2)TurningPoint_D1

2) Copy all contents To D1. Vista users might need to disable the read only for the folder contents.

3) Edit the Media section of the installation MSI using Orca with following.

Disk ID----Last Sequence---Disk Prompt-------------Cabinet-------Volume Label
1---------398--------------Please insert Disk #1----Data1.cab----TurningPoint_D1
2---------735--------------Please insert Disk #1----Data11.cab---TurningPoint_D1
3---------1347-------------Please insert Disk #2----Data12.cab---TurningPoint_D2
4---------1598-------------Please insert Disk #1----Data13.cab---TurningPoint_D1

4) Move Data12.cab to D2. Copy Autorun.inf and TPIcon.ico to D2.

Edit Autorun.inf in D2 to

[autorun]
open=0
icon=TPIcon.ico

5) Make ISO from both Folder using the folder name as Disk label.

Disk 1 will be 4478MB
Disk 2 will be 2049MB (Use the extra space for other files, games)

Installation procedure : Disk 1, Disk 2 and ends with Disk 1.
