the all seeing eye can't access server
 

I can't install the all seeing eye because I can't access the download server. I need this program toplay call of duty 4 online. Can anyone help me ?

Check your firewall settings. (I'm sure that there's a manual describing common problems and their solutions.) Do you get an actual error message? If so, quote it exactly.

You dont specifically need the all seeing eye to play COD4 online! It is only a browser to find servers.
Just use the ingame browser to find a server in your area, usually the servers with the lowest pings are the ones in your area. ;)

I get this errors:

The first:

Master server unreachable: Unable to verify file authenticity. You can still press Install if you're feeling crazy.

The second

Server down: Couldn't establish connection to server. Try again later.

And then

Tranfer error: Restart Installer to try again.

And then the setup shut down

It's not a firewall problem because I turned it off.

Which Firewall do you use?

I use ashampoo firewall version 1.10

Do you use a router also?

I'm connected with the internet by a Thomson speedtouch 536 and I use a wire to connect the modem to the computer.

That is indeed a router of sorts, and houses a firewall which could be the cause , you might wanna look into the doc with it to figure out how to log into it and open up ports.
