This is a PC only forum. No linux stuff here sorry.

Also read the rules about cracks and requesting.

Maybe the General Gaming forum might help: http://fileforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=25

We don't have a linux only forum!

There are not yet Server Files in Linux for CoD4.
Search on Gamershell and the Game forum and nothing yet available.

Well, PC != Windows. GCW still hosts cracks for DOS games, therefore, requests for Linux stuff are perfectly fine. I think you mixed it up with the Macintosh: now that is what we don't support... :p

'pc only' kind of includes linux dabby ...
its probably best to explain that linux stuff is usually not protected due to the nature of the os, and its also a minority operating system games wise (aaa+ titles for sure), gamecopyworld really only caters for windows games/windows users.. as thats where the main 'target audience' is.. some linux cracks might appear (if they are needed).. but i wouldn't hold my breath

Dont see much Linux cracks on GCW though :P

i think i did one... long time ago heh... was pretty damned simple too, win exe was protected with xprot and securom if i remember right.. was some server thing...

If the COD version he is running is a windows version simulated by some program like wine or cedega. Ths e same exe craks for windows could work fine. And actually are generally mandatory to run windows games on Linux since the copyprotections used in games are generally not compatible with the Linux enviroment and don't validate the disks whne insterted only afew games workes interting the disks and virtual cd drive emulation forget it coz there not too much progs like Alcohol in Linux

If he usiing a ported Linux version of COD that I don't know if exists Linux portages generally don't seems to have ce chek most of the time. Maybe some not always
