Both games can be described as 3D Space Battle simulation based on Episodes IV, V and VI of the Starwars series.
You fly as Luke Skywalker in your X-Wing on the grand scale attack to the legendary Death-Star (Battle of Yavin, or BoY) or engage the enemy Tie-fighter with Hun Solo over the forest moon of Endor (Battle of Endor, or BoE). Both epic battle games are designed and created by Mr. Bruno Marcos and can be downloaded from his web site free. In addition various people have worked on advancing the models and graphics of both games.

You steer your craft using the mouse thus having a high maneuver control and movement in the 3D game space. Arcade game style gives an exciting gameplay and gives the impression that you are flying in the movie. The game’s stage progression will not take let you drop the fight, as the difficulty gradually increases.

I believe there is no better STARWARS game available as a freeware, that can also compete with the official game titles. I suggest this game to gamers who like 3D space battle games and of course to all Starwars fans. Best thing is that both games are freeware with very low computer system requirements and can be downloaded from the following links:

You can download the original games here:

Don’t be disappointed from the simple graphics and models because many funs have worked in advancing the graphics and model detail making it competitive with all of today’s major official titles.
As it is likely to get lost on the web while searching for high graphics modifications I present you a set of compiled package for each game, that includes the work of more than six people, including my self. These compilations include the best set of models by my opinion.

Both of the games graphics detail has dramatically advanced

Below you can see some screen shots of the final version of the games:

This modification set is closer to the models and colors of the crafts in the movies and does not overload the PC’s performance much. I recon a system with CPU P4 3.0GH, 512Mb RAM, nVidia FX (128Mb) is more than capable to run well with the final set of graphics.

You can download the graphic modification set for each game below:

STARWARS - The Battle Of Yavin v11 FULL MOD

STARWARS - The Battle Of Endor v21 FULL MOD

The original games are not included in the above packages.

Please inform me for lost link.

Both the compressed packages are in a .rar form, which means that you will need either 7-zip (www.7-zip.org) or WinRAR (www.WinRAR.com) to unpack.
Both modification packages include installation instructions but they do not include the original games, so make sure you download (http://w13.easy-share.com/2089881.html) and install them first on your hard drive (C:\Program files).

Enjoy the games and . . .

May the Force be with you!

has to be some license infringement there...
somehow i doubt that u have the rights to the 'starwars' title, from either lucasarts or ea... so a name change might be a good idea before (and if) the game gets popular and their legal eagles take a dump on you

This can be considered as fan art; it's free and it's 3 years old anyway...

Both games are totaly free to download and play as freeware as the creator states in his documentation.
