Avex video converter to iphone "output error"
 

I'm using this program called "Avex" which helps me convert media files mp4, avi....etc to my iphone. i grabbed the file (avi ) and loaded it onto avex program it recognize the file, and when i go to click on convert i get this error " could not find suitable output format". I've tired different files like avi, mp4 and still i get the same error. I'm not too sure how to fix this problem, anyone have any ideas ? thanks

Perhaps, you need to install some additional software, mostly codecs?

what are codecs ? is it another program im suppose to download ?

Surely the software documentation tells you what to do... (?)

Never able to fix Avex problem
 

I was not able to fix the problem I even sent e-mail to the support team and I never got a response. I'm now using a different iphone converter....thanks for the info guys.

Now that apple has allowed third-party applications,, you shouldn't have the same problem--error. You can check the apple store for other programs--I've downloaded some nifty stuff for my iphone there!
