see, this game, Medieval 2: Total War, got updated again, it's leaked patch, i know, but come on, please, someone crack it!

You need to read the rules.

One being you have to wait a certain amount of time since patch release (rule #6) before requesting.

And I think leaked patches may fall into the warez category since that would be the only avenue to get the patch, seeing as legit sites wont host it. But its a 50/50 if you can class it as warez or not.

oh, but can you tell me one thing tho? there is cracking programs out there right? like it auto-cracks game for you? What is it? and how do you use it? i have alkisecu-rom and maxi-image, do those help by any chance?
