hi im new here and from german!sry when my english is not so good!!!

can anybody make a bf 2142 mini image?
after a patch the crack from gcw dont work!

when anybody make it that is awsome!

You should (try to) create a full image yourself, after reading the guides that the forum FAQ links to.

i have make a image with alcohol and i can install with the image but when i will play it say i must put the original dvd in my drive :(

Anyone can make a mini image for a game, but you can only make a working mini image to circumvent the games protection from an original game DVD surely? I have the same problem, I have a valid CDKEY and razor's game, but cannot login to online mode without keeping the original .exe and using a mini image instead of their crack, when the crack is applied the game becomes offline only and comes up 'no internet connection detected' :(

Anyone out there with the original DVD fancy making a mini image ;)

when we have a working mini image then we can play and make updates
without problems!
i have the original version but im a big noob and cant make a mini image :(

if you have the original, why would you need a crack?

I mean the original DVD bought from a shop or from play.com etc etc, not the original burned DVD ;)

hey, If you could make a mini-image, and put it on gamecopy world, I would be eternally greatful. I as well have a legit cd-key which I Purchased off of ebay. got 23 bucks for it so it was a steal. but I only get the key, none of the software (i decided to leave it out and not have it shipped to save me 10 bucks, also decided key only cause it was the thai version and I only know english)

i dont will a crack i will a image!
i dont like it to put the dvd every time in my dvd drive.
and when i have a mini image then have the dvd a longer live :cool:

edit: sry ipconfig that dont work for me!i cant make the read rate to 1x!!!why???

Im from Germany too, i just bought a CD-Key at Ebay and now i noticed that i need the mini img, coz the cracked exe blocks the Internet or something like that ^^.

I`ll send you a German where we can talk German about that and i tell you how to make a mini img :).


So please can someone with an original BF2142 CD please make a mini image? Thanks :).

They are called mini image but ment are maxi images ;) no need for changing faqs

That sounds really unsafe, but thats just my opinion... :-/

I've done it before m8 with BF2, wasnt a problem for me as the mini image was readily available and I was able to play for a year without any problems!

But one problem that occured was the readingspeed below the drivechoose. The Speed is set to Maximum and cant be changed it seems like its locked ^^.

So i didnt believed that and tried another DvD (in this case it was Counterstrike: Source) anyway i got the same problem. Speed is locked.


How do we change the speed if we cant change it? :P.

Ive googled now for 1 hour and nothing... no one got an answer for our problem. Why we just couldnt set the readingspeed at the imageassistant?

Or is it just impossible to set the speed if a DvD is in the chosen drive?
