why is my copied .cdi image seen as only one long audio file on dreamcast?

hi there i have read a lot of the postings on this group and followed the post from the person known as Big Papa? anyways i have a .cdi image and the first time i compiled it and ran it i noticed that the rar file rar33 was 19.2M instead of 19.0M like all the rest. So is this the problem?
these are the settings
-HP writer 8200 series external
-Padus discjuggler 2.0
-OS Windows ME
-i have adaptec setup as well like the post said
-now what's this about an aspi32 driver or something?
-also auto insert notification is disabled

now the advanced settings which i have are as follows (this is for the first time i went from image to cd)
-mode 1
-2368
-offset 0 (zero)
-TOC cd-rom

Now this is the followup i downloaded that rar33 file and got it this time as 19.0M
so i am attempting to copy again but not until i get some guidance hopefully from this post.
Was it the file that was 19.2M file which was wrong or was there something else that i am doing wrong with respect to the copying process.

Here is a note i used cdi2nero and when nero reads the new image it sees the audio track as track one and the ISO as track two from the extracted .cdi image (or converted image).

So any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
please don't yell or get pissed off that this too long but i have noticed that other posts people are not descriptive at all.
Could someone please help this is my first attempt, done many with a normal psx but this may be slightly different.

so again help
please

did you ever make a succesful copy with discjuggler before?
did you try using the boot disc?

webber 22-01-2001 22:58

yes i did use the boot disc but the boot disc image was a nero image .nrg
no i have not made a successful disc with discjuggler but again it was my first time using it.
i just downloaded version 3 for discjuggler is this any good.
also for the psx copies i have used always cdrwin,so again padus is new territory for me.
