MGS2: Substance and GT4 Problems.
 

I'm sure this has been discussed in the past, and i did try to search but couldnt quite find what i was looking for.

ok, i dumped an image of substance and put it on my PS2 HD using WinHIIP. set it for mode 3. i did the same with GT4. I used HDL 0.7c fully patched to try and boot GT4, and it shows the copyright screen or whatever, and then stays bluck :( i heard you have to patch it or something, but i thought that was for HDL versions under o.7c. do you still have to patch it for .7c ?

and substance boots up fine, but when you try one of the game modes like snake boarding, the screen just stays black. is there a patch for that too?

and theres a bunch of compatibility options too, what should I configure them to ?
