it's an awsoem little program, the only downside is you have to start this before your open any ie pages.

Screencorder is another good one. It's general purpose is to record whatever you see on your desktop (including any other windows you may have open) to an AVI file. The video isn't compressed though, so you'll probably wanna encode it yourself with virtuadub or something.

peee, problem with that is it records the whole thing on the monitor, what this guy wants is videos streamed from the internet, and not the whole screen :)

You can select the X, Y coordinates of the screen and the width/height to record from..

That part shouldn't really be an issue.
