Battlefield 2 v1.02 Patch
 

Has anyone updated their copy of battlefield 2 to v1.02 yet? Does it resolve the memory leak problem with the last update?

HOTFIX for BF2 v1.01 Now Available!
The hotfix for Battlefield 2 v1.01 is now available for download. This update replaces v1.01 and fixes the said memory leak.

using v1.0, I had all kinds of problems. (crash to desktop at launch, disconnects in middle of game, very slow account log in, etc) But........ Now that I am on v1.02 (knock on wood) my BF2 experiences have been great! Not one crash, not one disconnect from server, etc. If fact, when I log on to my BF2 "account", it now only takes 4-5 secs vs the "forever" wait.

It has been running perfectly for the past 3-4 days. v1.02 FIXED my earlier problems :)
