CloneDVD2 problem / Error
 

Having a problem backing up a couple of movies I own. Resident Evil and Little Black Book.

I use DVD Decrypter in the File mode and make a complete image of the DVD on my Hard Drive. Then use CloneDVD2 in the Copy DVD Titles mode to copy the DVD.

The first problem I encountered was with DVDDecrypter. It would not read the DVDs mentioned. So I downloaded the latest version 3.5.2.0. This version was able to copy the files to my heard drive.

Now the Problem I am having is CloneDVD2 gets to the point where it is running the iso generation, and encounters and error. I have tried the most current version of CloneDVD2, and I am still having this error.

I am assuming this problem must be related to the new versions of copy protection and DVDDecrypter. Is anyone else out there experiencing the same thing? Anyone have any recommendations on a replacement to CloneDVD2? I like the easy of this program, and the built in compression. Not looking to replace CloneDVD2, but would like to back these DVDs up.

try dvd shrink to backup and burn !! its a pretty good prog , i use it alot along with dvd decrypter or if not try record now dx to burn from your hd .
have never used clone dvd so cant help with that :rolleyes:

This is that AARCOS protection. All you need is the latest ANYDVD and youll be all set.

Yes, this is the Sony new protection. Try to download of DVD Decrypter, or DVD43Free that its supposed to attacks this new protection.
