New DVD+RW discs problem
 

Hi.
I have just receive 10 x brand new Datawrite (yellow) DVD+RW discs and immediately put the top disc into my HP 100j DVD+ recorder.
On attempting to burn the first disc with Nero 6.3.1.10, i recieved an 'Invalid disc' error.
DVD Info Pro's 'Media Info' section tells me that the disc is not formatted, so I attempted to format the disc with DVD Info Pro, which returned a 'succesful' result.
I then tried to burn the data to the disc again using Nero, but again received the same 'Invalid disc' error.

Just tried to write a DVD .iso to a second disc from the same pack of new DVD+RW's with DVD Decrypter 3.2.2.0
The program said disc needs to be formatted, i said ok, then the format failed.
I can only presume that with 2 x discs and 2 x different pieces software that the problem is my drive or my drivers?

Any advice appreciated.

is the media compatable with your writer ( -r's,+r's make etc) check with hp,s site to see
