From what I have read on respectable sites like Gamespot and IGN, some stores in North America are now selling the game.

Yeah, Luciel that was the offical store date in North America. But some stores put it on the shelves the moment it got delivered to stores. A small bonus for PC Gamers, I guess. (Game will suck, by the way. Mark my words)

The official release date is 3rd of August...
But some shops get it shipped earlier and start selling it sooner...
