haveing trouble with xbox with aladdin advance
 

I have got a xbox professionaly installed by a comp in cananda. I have a aladdin advance. I am just trying to back up games. I have all the right stuff. I have over 100 ps2 backups so i know some of what i am doing. I am haveing trouble with getting evolutionx iso to my xbox hard drive. I have followed the step by step instructions. but the dvd-r will not boot. I have created a iso just like thay sayed to do. I have wasted over 20 blank dvd's trying to get this to boot. Does anyone have any ideas for me? PLEASE HELP!!Is there something i am doing wrong to boot the dvd? I have never used an xbox before. the company that i got it from sent a paper with instructions on how to chipboot and chipboot (no protected). does that have anything to do with it? Help someone!!

Also my paper that came with the xbox gives the features that my xbox has.

-Auto detect EvoX Dashboard

does this mean that is why my xbox will not detect the EvoX iso. That i just need to install the dashboard or something?

the hdd patch just means yo ucan update your HDD. The evox auto detect just means that it boots to "evoxdash.xbe" before the xbox dashboard. You can customize what your chi pboots to, providing it is reflashable.

Anyways, you should try to burn onto a cd-rw. It costs less and can be used over and over. If you have created the xiso image correctly, then you probably need to add in a dummy file t push the data futher onto the disk.
