Painkiller v1.2 [ENGLISH] No-CD Patch
 

This doesn't work.
If you run an uncracked executable a message appears saying -
Please insert the correct CD-ROM
After applying the 'no cd' patch to executable a message appears -
Please insert Painkiller CD3
this appears after the Painkiller splash screen within the game.
fleabay, whoever he is, failed.
BTW, there is no mention of a cracked update on NFOrce.

I have the same problem

I believe it's a problem with the Engine.dll file. The original and 1.15 cracks both had a 'cracked' version of that file. The PainGame.exe is the same as used in the 1.15 update so I used the PainGame.exe file from the 1.15 crack--however, that didn't fix it. The posted 2.0 No-CD only 'fixes' the Painkiller.exe.
I'm sure someone will eventually fix this, until then I'll 'Insert CD 3'.

It's confirmed. HoH release works fine and it's just the .exe, no other file is needed for the crack :).

The creator of the fix forgot to add a file to the archive he send... it will be added today!

Russian? I don't understand what you are saying with "here left." But the fleabay patch from your link works fine; I replaced PAINKILLER.EXE in the \BIN folder and LScripts.pak in the \DATA folder. Now I can put my discs away.

The HEAD OVER HEEL patch doesn't work -- the game still wants disc 3.
