how do i use it?
it came with no instructions. i have the original splinter cell game.

Note: Copy the .ini to your local hdd or replace´em on your .iso-image.
Be sure to backup your current .ini somewhere.

Maximum Ammo (Left Thumble)
Maximum Health (Left Thumble)
NoClip Mode (Right Thumble/Back Button=OFF)
Invisible (D-Pad down=ON/Back Button=OFF)
Invicibility (D-Pad up=ON)

Press the D-Pad down after each save to turn on Invicibility

You have to copy the game onto your HDD and replace the ThirdEchelonUser.ini with trainers one. Or you can copy it to your PC, replace, then burn.
