How do you make a backup of an XBOX game??

I am new to making a backup of XBOX games and would like some information.

My main problem is that when trying to view the files contained within the VIDEO_TS folder there is no files present there and it says that the folder is empty.

On my computer the VIDEO_TS doesn't even appear it just says there is nothing on the disk, but I have tried to backup the game on my friends and the VIDEO_TS Folder is there but it then says that the folder is empty and when I double click on it no files exist. I don't know why I can't even see the VIDEO_TS Folder and my friend can so please get back to me on this.

So when trying to backup this game using Nero there is no files to burn and only when going through the wizard and clicking DVD and Copy Dvd does it start the burning the image, but when it asks for the medium to write to it gets to 1% and then says "Power calibration error" and stops, what does this mean???

Please anyone with any help or information on what to do about this please get back to me.

Best wishes

Richard

So how will file manager benefit me??

So with file manager what will it do? excuse my ignorance I am new to this, will I be able to copy the game from there?

What would be the benefit of using this??

Is there any way I could copy a game using my PC to burn?

Appreciate your reply in advance
