I need the 1.3 english NoCD. The one on GCW is the 1.3 patch.

If the V1.3 crack is like the V1.2 crack, then the cracked X2.EXE will work for german and english version. The only thing you have to do is to rename your original V1.3 exe to X2.DEV . But only when it's like the V1.2 crack.
