What's the easyest non swap chip, to install in a version 3 ps2?
 

I WANT TO INSTALL A NON SWAP CHIP INTO MY VERSION 3 PS2, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S VERY HARD TO INSTALL A CHIP LIKE THE MESSIAH 2. AND ALSO WHERE CAN I FIND A TUTORIAL TO SHOW ME HOW TO OPEN AND SPLIT MY PS2 VERSION 3 APART?

Dude, before you try and mod ya Ps2 i think you should fix the CapsLock key on your keyboard.
v3 consoles have weak lasers and you may have alot of trouble trying to get it to boot DVD-R media.
For a machine that old i wouldnt recommend chipping it at all.
Sell it on Ebay and get a pre modded machine.
Although if you want to try and mod it feel free!
Have you tried any DVD movie backups on it?
It might give you a better idea of the condition of your laser.
