CD64 for Nintendo64

I was wondering has anyone ever tried the CD64 for the Nintendo64 yet. If so does it play dvd-r disks also.

Thank You

how could u get cd64 on the n64?

nrichards2021 10-12-2003 21:52

Cd64 is an external unit that plugs into the bottom of your Nintendo64 unit. The CD64 is used to transfer your old N64 games into files then you are able to burn your existing games you own onto a cd-r and then in return play them on the cd64 with the cd rom included in the unit. It is an easy way to backup your N64 games, like me I have 50+ games, and store them onto 1 cd-r and play them without having to keep changing cartages.
