I cant make backups of my PS1 games please help
 

I have tried to make backups of my playstation games Final Fantasy 8 and Toshinden 4 but the finished cd wont load fully on My Mod Chiped PS2 the playstation logo comes up on screen but it wont load the failed backup. I have tried using Alcohol 120% , CloneCD but I havent been sucessfull. I know that these games are copy protected but how can I make backups that actually work?

How do I apply the patch for Final Fantasy 8? Do I need a program for it? If so where can I download it?
