FileForums - Hidden and Dangerous 1, 1.3 No-Cd compatibilty issue with XP

Hello anyone with the intelligence that can help me out,

I have the legitimate version of Hidden and Dangerous 1. Version 1.2. When I install the 1.3 UK patch the game's exe says that there is no-cd in the drive. Not to worry I already have the no-cd Crack for that (hdv13ukcrack), But as I run the crack.bat,
*!Damm!* It wont work,

I am not sure if it is something to do with my computer or the fact that it does not work with XP, since i am positive I had it working on ME. Does anyone know how to fix this compatibilty issue with XP (If there is one) and if their are any alternatives? I have already stuffed around with XP's Compatibility option in the file properties and that doesnt work either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
